   We want everyone, everywhere, to enjoy our tea. That's why we provide free shipping worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on your location. But we will do our best to deliver the product to you within 15 days.
   During peak shopping seasons, delivery may take longer than usual.

2. Shipping Destinations
   We currently ship to the following countries:
   Australia, New Zealand, Canada, United Kingdom, and the United States (excluding HI, PR, and AK). We are expanding our business coverage to new regions.

Important Notice: Tap&Tea Brewer is designed exclusively for U.S. voltage standards (120V, 60Hz). If using in other countries, please provide a compatible power converter that meets local electrical specifications to prevent potential device damage.

   Import duties, taxes, and fees may apply based on the regulations of your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Shipping rates shown at checkout are estimates and do not include potential customs charges. For specific details, please contact your local customs office.

4. Order Processing & Delivery Times
   Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–4 business days. Standard delivery is typically completed within 8–14 business days, except in cases of unforeseen delays or force majeure.
   Please ensure your shipping address is complete, including your apartment or unit number if applicable.
   We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries caused by incomplete or inaccurate address details.
